TROUBLESHOOTING

I can't get the app to download.

Make sure you are connected to Wifi when downloading the app and that your device has enough memory.

 
4th Wall works on iPhones and iPads, 6s and above
Android devices with ARCore (see a list of these devices here)

If your device matches these specs and you are still having trouble loading the AR experiences, you may need to update your software.

This can be done in Settings         General.

When I open the app and try to view one of the artworks, all I see is a black screen.

If you get a black screen, this means you may still need to allow 4th Wall to access your camera, location and mic.

Go to your phone settings and allow access under "4th Wall"

4th Wall does not collect any user data.

The works take a long time to load, or I can only see "loading" on the screen.

Try closing some other apps/programs, then reopen 4th Wall. Make sure all permissions have been granted.
